The Companion's Breast Jewel

At various times and places in the history of the Holy Royal Arch, a Companion's Breast Jewel has been worn.

The inscriptions on the jewel include:

"Si Talis Jungere Possis Sit Tibi Scire Satis"
This refers to the lessons of faithfulness, commitment, hard work, charity, perseverance and honor taught in the Degrees of the Royal Arch Chapter.  "If you understand these things, it is enough."

"Nil Nisi Clavis Deest"
Once you have learned these things, "Nothing is Wanting but the Key,"  which is a knowledge of God's word to the Master Mason.
Symbolism
Contrary to popular belief, the symbols of Freemasonry are not esoteric, but plain teachings for a way of life that makes good men better.
